Charming cottage with lakeview in Ulricehamn
Our small holiday village and campsite is located directly at lake Asunden, in Ulricehamn, West Sweden. The stunning view over the landscape and our individually furnished and decorated bungalows and apartments make our resort to a perfect getaway destination for individual travelers and families.
We offer accommodation in the form of bungalows and apartments for self-catering. Our typical Swedish bungalows have a bedrom with twin beds, one sleeping loft with mattress for 2 and a sofabed for 2 in the living room. There you also find a fireplace for cozyness and warmth. Furthermore there is a small well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, mircowave, coffee machine, kettle and TV. The private bathroom has shower/toilet. Each bungalow has a furnished veranda.
Larger groups can be accommodated in our Heaven House (max 7) and in our Paradise Villa (max 12).We have a private beach with pier, beachvolleyball court, playground, barbque area, laundry service, sauna, restaurant. We also rent out bikes, canoes, boats. Free wifi and parking
The city center of Ulricehamn with bus terminal, restaurants, cafes and stores can easily reached on foot or within 5 min by car. The golf course, indoor swimming pool and cross country skiing trail are 3 km away, the ski slopes 6km away. The bike path around the lake passes by just in front. We are surrounded by beautiful nature - lakes, woods, rolling hills, that wants to be explored.Gothenburg with its attractions and airport is in 100 km distance, Jönköping is 50 km and Borås 30 km away.

Infos about the region Västergötland
In western Sweden, we find Västergötland, which is not to be confused with the Västra Götaland Län (county), since their borders differ. Västergötland is home of the famous plains of Västergötland, which consist of several separate plains. This region is very fertile and located slightly north of the province's geographical center. The northern part of the province has relatively few lakes, but the lake Hornborgasjön famous for its famous “crane dance” (mating of the birds) can be found here. If we have a look further south, we find numerous lakes including Mjörn, Anten, Ĺsunden,Lyngen and Fegen. Try your luck at fishing! Not to be overlooked is that also Vänern is located here, Sweden's largest lake covering an area of 5648 sq. km and has a volume of 153 km3. It lies 44 meters above sea level and is Europe's third largest. Among the world's largest lakes it’s placed on the 29th place. Västergötland is one of the oldest cultural areas. The city of Gothenburg is located partly in Västergötland, it borders to Bohuslän at Hisingen in Gothenburg. With its around 550,000 inhabitants its Sweden's second largest city and offers a variety of activities, including Liseberg amusement park.
