In a small holiday home area at the West Coast you will find this holiday home with an open division of rooms and consisting of a kitchen corner, combined with dining place and living room, three bedrooms in one line as well as a washroom with shower, wc and washing machine. You will live here comfortably with electricity and own well. The house has hot and cold water.

Ljungtorp is located about 150 meters away from a beach strip which is a nature reserve and in the warm time of the year cows are grazing there. After a little walk of 500 meters you will reach a footbridge for bathing with diving platform. Still 200 meters more you will find a sandy beach with shallow water and in this way well-suited for small children.

Your holiday home dates from the year of 1970 and is placed at a property of 1000 meters with partial view of the sea. In the storage shed there are a grill and garden furniture.
As a destination for an excursion you can visit, for example, the "cheapest" department store of Sweden, "Gekås" in Ullared, which is about 30 minutes by car away from here. The West Coast towns of Falkenberg and Varberg are also within a convenient radius for a day trip.
